HNB Grameen spearheads “A Safe Future for Children”

October 25, 2017: HNB Grameen Finance Limited in partnership with Sri Lanka Police launched a special campaign titled ‘A Safe Future for Children’ to combat child abuse through awareness-building.  The programme which is a series of workshops was initiated recently at the Weligama Town Hall premises with the participation of officials of the Weligama Police, HNB Grameen Finance Limited Weligama branch and the Divisional Secretariat. A CSR initiative of HNB Grameen Finance Limited, the workshop which was the first of many was conducted by Inspector of Police, Police Bureau for Prevention of Abuse of Children & Women Thushara Manoj Samarasekara.
