A recent leak shows Huawei will now have a new mid-tier smartphone with an edgeless screen and dual-lens camera on both front and rear. According to a local smartphone reviewer the factors all point to Huawei’s new selfie-centric series which is yet to be revealed he said. “By the first look of it – it seems like the Huawei Mate10 series smartphone range, if so it’s exciting for the mid-range Sri Lankan consumer”.
A local technician who remain to be anonymous stated, that the new product is actually not the Huawei Mate series. The pictures also reveal the full display screen adding a clear differentiation to the mid-range smartphone range.
Huawei recently was heavily focusing on fingerprint and dual camera with greater optics and industry collaboration with international brands. Including flagship specifications in mid-range smartphone, like GR5 series – specially the GR5 2017 tagged as the best affordable smartphone in the market by Andro Dollar a local tech vlogger. Well it’s no surprise that Huawei will once again introduce a premium feature with a mid-range price tag especially with the soaring performance of the GR5, GR5 2017 and GR3 Series.
