The session will be facilitated by Kaneru Godagama, Head of the Consulting Business at Great Place To Work® Sri Lanka. His background in the IT industry, combined with a deep understanding of employee engagement, makes him a compelling mentor. During the workshop, participants will explore core topics such as the importance of trust in team performance, how to identify and act on trust-building opportunities, and how to use simple, actionable tools to foster stronger workplace relationships. Attendees will also be guided to develop personalized action plans that can be implemented immediately to drive meaningful cultural change within their teams and organizations.

By the end of the session, participants can expect to walk away with practical strategies to identify and close trust gaps within their teams, along with tools to foster more inclusive, collaborative, and innovative work environments. Each participant will also leave with a personalized action plan designed to immediately enhance workplace relationships and drive meaningful change. In recognition of their participation and commitment to professional development, each attendee will receive a Certificate of Participation.
