The program focuses on providing women with the tools, skills, and confidence they need to successfully re-enter their careers.
Recognizing the challenges women face after a career pause, Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited offers structured re-skilling, career coaching, and job search support. Participants will gain essential workplace skills while being connected to a network of corporate partners offering job placements and mentorships.
“SheResumes” is more than just a career program, it is a step toward creating more opportunities for women and promoting gender equality in the workforce. By partnering with companies, Allianz is creating job opportunities for women eager to return to work.
The program is open to female professionals with over four years of experience who have been out of full-time employment for at least three years. With opportunities ranging from job search assistance to executive trainee roles, “SheResumes” provides the resources needed for women to succeed.
