Ceylon Curry Club, part of the Citrus Group, had the honor of being selected as a caterer for arguably the most lavish pre-wedding event of our times, hosted by the Ambani family in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. A 13-member team from Citrus was originally slated to cater during one lunch service, serving a selection of favourites from its Sri Lankan fusion cuisine menu. The Ceylon Curry Club was astounded to be asked to cater for a second consecutive day due to the overwhelmingly positive response to the cuisine and service. The team, led by Kumudu Jayathilake and Chef Panduka Perera, showed their passion and professionalism in every aspect from cooking to plating and presentation. Ceylon Curry Club is proud to have represented Sri Lanka at such a prestigious and talked-about occasion, graced by a star-studded list of invitees including celebrities and global business leaders.
