Coca-Cola launches consumer helpline in Sri Lanka

Wednesday, 28 October 2020, Colombo: Coca-Cola has launched a consumer helpline  0112 465 465 in Sri Lanka, bringing itself even closer to the Sri Lankan consumers.  This investment signifies the company’s sustained commitment to its Sri Lankan operations. This new helpline provides consumers across the country a platform to connect with the company for any queries, concerns or suggestions they may have. The helpline will operate from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (5 days a week) and will be staffed by a team of professionally trained customer care associates.

Speaking about the consumer helpline, Pankaj Sinha, Managing Director, Coca-Cola  Sri Lanka Pvt. Ltd. said, “As a brand loved by Sri Lankans, Coca-Cola, evokes emotions of happiness, togetherness and sharing. The launch of the consumer helpline offers consumers an opportunity to reach out to the company and we look forward to staying connected with our consumers through this journey.”

 




 

The customer care associates are trained to return any calls received during non-operational hours, the very next day. A short turnaround time will be maintained to answer queries unless the matter requires greater scrutiny by the company.
