Colombo, Sri Lanka, November 2022 – Spring & Summer celebrated their top 100 customers at the ‘Spring & Summer Loyalty’ event on November 13, 2022 at Spring & Summer, Colpetty, Sri Lanka. The Loyalty Programme was first launched in 2016 and has now grown to hold a base of 130,000 active loyalty customers island-wide – in just six [06] short years..

The event was the springboard for Spring & Summer to introduce changes to the Loyalty Programme – bringing it into a modern era, where personalisation and individualised reward systems continue to grow in demand. The programme now offers tier-based rewards – Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze, and will offer long-standing customers a far more personalised service and loyalty rewards programme.

Speaking with Co-Founder, Spring & Summer – Shyamalie Wijegunawardena, stated: “When we first launched our Loyalty points programme nearly six years ago, our rewards and offers were standardised, however, with our fast-growing customer base and increasing additions to the loyalty programme, we have further personalised our rewards systems for our loyal customers based on a four [04] tier categorisation. With this we’re looking at innovative and truly valuable methods to offer more benefits for our customers, as we look forward to building a long-term relationship with all of them.”

The event that welcomed Spring & Summer’s top 100 customers held an experiential service provision including access to Personal Stylists to aid with clothing make-overs and style selection; and set the tone for the contemporary clothing brand amongst their customers.

Founded by Daya & Shyamalie Wijegunawardena in 1995, the clothing brand, at present has eight [08] major outlets in Sri Lanka and is available online to the world. As one of Sri Lanka’s leading retail brands Spring & Summer has 85% of its products designed and manufactured in Sri Lanka.
