Sysco LABS was proud to support the Regional Scrum Gathering Sri Lanka 2025 (RSG – Sri Lanka) as the event’s official ‘Digital Enablement Partner’. Held at Cinnamon Life, Colombo, this three-day event—backed by Scrum Alliance—convened top Agile professionals, industry leaders and technologists from across the region. As part of its involvement, several experts from Sysco LABS shared their insights at the event, reflecting the organization’s deep-rooted commitment to Agile principles.
In collaboration with Business Agility Tune-Up, Sysco LABS hosted a workshop on Inclusive Leadership and Agility in Hybrid Teams. The session featured four experts from across the organization, who explored themes such as Agile maturity, growth mindset, inclusive leadership and the integration of AI in engineering practices. Pradja Dolewatte, Senior Manager – Delivery Excellence, discussed how GenAI can support a growth mindset in Agile teams, while Pasindu Liyanage, Senior Technical Lead, highlighted the importance of building secure, scalable systems within AI-driven environments. Savani De Silva, Senior Project Manager, addressed the role of DEI in leading hybrid teams, and Kalana Dias, Associate Director – Delivery, closed the session with insights on how inclusive leadership can strengthen decision-making and team performance.
