Thursday 8th April 2021, Colombo: Fairfirst Insurance recently partnered with PayMaster Solutions (Pvt) Ltd to offer a convenient and speedy way of purchasing insurance on the go.

Sri Lankans transact when topping-up their mobile reloads and paying their bills.

On the forefront of offering progressive Sri Lankans a myriad of contactless and customised solutions, Fairfirst Insurance is known to be amongst the most innovative service brand in the industry. Taking lead in being the first and only e-commerce ready insurer and a pioneer in empathy-based contactless solutions, this partnership has created a digitized synergy that would greatly benefit the end consumer of purchasing insurance while on the move.

During the first phase of this partnership, Fairfirst will be offering its customers a Personal Accident Cover that can be purchased via the app. And a few months down the line, the company will expand its product range to offer other Fairfirst Insurance solutions to the progressive Sri Lankan. Customers can now purchase the Personal Accident (PA) Cover via the PayMaster App by navigating in a preferred language of their choice. To purchase a PA cover, customers have to follow four simple steps through the PayMaster App:

Step 1 – Download the PayMaster App & register (which is available on Android & Apple phones)

Step 2 – Select the Insurance Category

Step 3 – Fill out the required details to buy the PA policy

Step 4 – Once the details are submitted, the customer will receive an insurance certificate & policy documents via email
