Sri Lanka’s pioneering entertainment brand concentrating on delivering Value Added services to Telecommunications Service Providers, Evoke International Limited has partnered with SLT-MOBITEL to launch ‘Caller Tunes’. The service allows SLT-Mobitel fixed line home voice customers  to pick songs or instrumental music to be set as their caller tune out of an impressive portfolio of a vast catalogue of copyrighted music content pieces for a charge of Rs.30 + taxes per month. The service can be activated with a one-time registration fee of Rs.40 + taxes.

The service is extended to all residential connections and can be easily activated by dialing 1259 hotline (automated IVR service, available in Sinhala, Tamil & English). Customers also have the option to pick the ‘Jukebox’ (aka playlist) option, for only Rs.90 + taxes per month & the songs on the selected playlist will be played in shuffle mode for incoming calls.

Sri Lanka’s fastest growing digital service provider Evoke International came to the aid of 50 families by donating dry rations and ensuring that they are safe from the pandemic. The dry rations were donated to the victims of recent floods and those who are affected by the prevalent travel restrictions, resulting in income losses. The donation took place on 8th June with the participation few members of the Evoke team whilst adhering to strict health guidelines. This marks the successful completion of the first community support initiative launched by Evoke for this financial year.

Commenting on the initiative, CEO of Evoke International, Lahiru Wickramasinghe said, “We are in the midst of a challenging period where we all need to help each other and contribute in the best possible ways to support families, especially those whose livelihoods are affected due to loss of jobs and ways of earning income. We are humbled that we were able to volunteer in responding to the immediate needs of these families with dry rations. As a responsible corporate citizen, we will continue to engage in social endeavors of this nature and uplift the livelihoods of Sri Lankans.”
