
The Concept Store -Sri Lanka’s pioneering homeware vendor, and the retail arm of the Asian Group of Companies- unveiled the highly anticipated Inspire Studio on Saturday, the 24th of May, marking the company’s bold entry into the interior design space. Located on the 5th and 6th floors of The Concept Store, this visionary new showroom concept is set to redefine how Sri Lankans curate their living and work spaces, also representing the company’s commitment to catering to the growing demand for bespoke and customizable lifestyle and commercial solutions.
The new design studio was inaugurated by special guests H.E. Badli Hisham Adam – High Commissioner of Malaysia to Sri Lanka, Mr. Sulaiman Thawoos – Managing Director of Diamond Best Foods, H.E. Dewi Gustina Tobing – the Ambassador of Indonesia to Sri Lanka, Mrs. Marie-Noëlle Duris – First Counsellor of Embassy of France, Sri Lanka, together with Mr. Haja Hussain – Chairman of Asian Group of Companies. In addition to key stakeholders and other pioneers in the construction, architecture, and design sector, the high-profile guest list also included several MPs, including former Member of Parliament and Cricket World Cup winning captain Hon. Arjuna Ranatunga.
