The Sri Lanka Association of Software and Services Companies (SLASSCOM) is gearing up to once again host its 5th, Quality & Business Excellence Summit, which commenced in 2010. This year it moves to a virtual format and will be held across 2 days, on the 9th & 10th of March 2021, from 3 pm to 6 pm
“The Quality & Business Excellence summit is the only event focusing exclusively on the IT BPM Quality Engineering & Business Process Excellence community. It has always been a milestone event of the Quality Forum that brings together practitioners in quality engineering and business excellence. This is a key thrust for SLASSCOM as Sri Lanka is promoted globally as the Island of Ingenuity and is known for its niche product and services capability delivered by Sri Lankan talent catering to world renowned brands” commented SLASSCOM Vice chair Sandra De Zoysa who conceptualized and initiated the quality forum in 2009. She further added that “with the summit going virtual, we will be able to expand its reach to engage with global participants and speakers making it a very content rich format and a great collaboration platform for our process excellence and quality engineering fraternity “

The Quality & Business Excellence Summit 2021 will include presentations and discussions on topics relating to Test Automation in the new era, AI, Machine Learning, User Experience Design, Process excellence, Performance testing, Security, Data Analytics, in line with the theme “Accelerating Quality beyond the new normal.”
