An exciting higher education opportunity is now available to all students through the partnership that Horizon Campus entered into with Taylor’s University in Malaysia.

As the No. 1 Private University in Southeast Asia for three consecutive years, Taylor’s is placed among the top 1% of the most influential universities globally based on the QS World University Rankings 2023. They are also ranked at #49 in Asia according to the QS Asia University Rankings 2023, leaping over 130 places throughout the past seven years, making it the only private university in Southeast Asia to break into Top 50 of Asia’s best universities list.

Despite being a young university, Taylor’s has proven its mettle alongside some of the most elite institutions around the world. “As an institution, we continue to reimagine and redefine the role of universities and our graduates in meeting the needs of this nation, and in many other nations where our international student community comes from. Our innovative research and curriculum prepare our students to lead industries and impact societies amidst a rapidly changing socioeconomic landscape,” said Professor Michael Driscoll, Vice-Chancellor and President of Taylor’s University.

Through this partnership with Taylor’s University, Horizon Campus will be offering some exciting degree programs to students such as the Bachelor in Software Engineering (Honours), Bachelor of Design (Honours) in Creative Media, and Bachelor of Mass Communication (Honours).

Students will have the benefit of completing these degree programs in Sri Lanka at a very affordable price and still be able to draw on the Taylor’s curriculum and teaching resources. “We are extremely proud to be entering into a collaborative partnership with a renowned university like Taylor’s University, and know our students will benefit immensely from the quality of the educational experience, and the range of subjects they can undertake, which are among the current market demand for higher education. I am encouraging interested students to seize the opportunity and take the first steps in achieving a degree in these fields,” Mr. Daranagama Chairman of the Horizon Campus, said.

Students studying at the Horizon Campus in Sri Lanka can expect the most modern state-of-the-art campus with facilities such as a large modern Library, IT and science labs, a large cafeteria, rooftop lounge, modern auditorium, well-equipped classrooms, and a very active Student Council where you will be assured of an active, fun-filled learning experience similar to what you would experience overseas.
